Healing Trauma examines all aspects of trauma and healing and outlines a simple, 12-step process specifically tailored for those who have been impacted by trauma and codependency. Each chapter helps readers develop the skills necessary to redefine and empower themselves in the face of current challenges as they learn to heal their trauma and codependency from the past.
